Online enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year is OPEN as of Janary 27, 2025. Completion of the online registration application, along with verification documentation, must be completed through our online AERIES Registration. See the list of required documents below:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Parents/Guardians will be required to upload the following documents:

Student Birth Certificate
Student Immunization Records
Proof of residency - 2 Approved Forms of Verification
- Current Utility Bill(s) with Parent/Guardian Name (required)
- Second verification may include but is not limited to Property Tax Bills or Rental Property Contracts/Leases.

Transitional Kindergarten (TK)

A student is eligible for transitional kindergarten if his/her fourth birthday is by September 1st of the school year.

Interdistrict Transfer

A student who does not reside within the District's boundaries may only attend Hart-Ransom Elementary School with a fully approved Interdistrict Attendance Permit (IAP) application. Please refer to the district website for information about the IAP application process.
